Jamie and Stacy from American Hi-Fi stopped by MuchOnDemand and proved they're not just the 'flavour of the weak.' After wowing
the MOD crowd, we pulled them aside and asked them a 'coupla questions.'
[Team Digital] Your latest album is called 'Art Of Losing.' When you were younger, what was the event you were most dissapointed
to lose?
[Stacy] BMX races, I used to lose them all the time.
[Jamie] A baseball game when I was 8. I remember putting up such a stink and yelling 'I was safe!'
[Team Digital] Yeah, being 8 can be pretty intense. You've just started your tour, what tunes have you been blasting on
the bus?
[Stacy] Supergrass
[Jamie] Ash
[Team Digital] On your previous tour, you hit the road with Jason Schwartzman's band Phantom Planet. What your favourite
Jason Schwartzman film?
[Stacy] Definitely 'Rushmore.'
[Jamie] Actually I think 'Rushmore' is the only film of his I've seen.
[Team Digital] We love 'Rushmore' too! Speaking of famous friends, we hear that you're good buddies with Jeremy Taggart
from Our Lady Peace. Tell us something we don't know about him!
[Stacy] Well, Jeremy never really drank much before. Let's just say after a few cocktails he becomes sloppy, loud and
a bit obnoxious.
[Team Digital] Jeremy? Loud? That's why we love him! Okay, final question. Now that you've got a few videos under your
belt, what has been your most favourite to shoot?
[Stacy] Oh definitely the 'Art Of Losing', it was such a party!
[Jamie] Yeah, but 'Flavour Of The Weak' was cool too.
[Team Digital] Both videos are pretty cool, but we really love the part in 'Art Of Losing' where everyone's barfing. It
was gross, but good gross. Thanks for answering our questions!
